What is the Young Leader's Cohort?
This is an opportunity for young leaders between the ages of 18-30 to gather with a cohort of peers to grow as leaders, build sustainable ministry and life rhythms, craft a vision for life-long impact, clarify their calling, learn about God’s Kingdom Mission and work together towards a project that reaches young adults in our city.
We'll be doing this through:
-monthly training gatherings
-monthly coaching calls
-quarterly 1-on-1 meetings
-content, integration and practice
The cohort will be led by Andrew Branham.
Who is the Young Leaders Cohort geared towards?
Young adults between the ages of 18-30 who serve as:
- Lay Youth Leaders
- Youth and young adult directors
- Children’s ministry leaders
- Parachurch youth leaders
- High Capacity Volunteers
- Young Adults
How much does the cohort cost?
Early Bird (Before February 20): $200 per year, or $20 per month
After February 20: $220 per year, or $22 per month
